ÎÞÂëרÇø Engineering Celebrates ASEMFL’s Next Leader: Yogi Goswami, Appointed as President-Elect

Yogi Goswami, a distinguished professor at ÎÞÂëרÇø College of Engineering, has been named president-elect of the Academy of Science, Engineering & Medicine of Florida (ASEMFL). A leader in solar energy, sustainable technologies, and energy storage, Goswami directs ÎÞÂëרÇø's Clean Energy Research Center. His appointment enhances ÎÞÂëרÇø's role in driving innovation, interdisciplinary research, and energy solutions in Florida.

Bulls-Eye Mentoring Program Goes Online

Introduced in 2014, the Bulls-EYE Mentoring program successfully promotes STEM by delivering engineering problem solving to middleÌýschool studentsÌýwithin a family-friendly environment. The program gives ÎÞÂëרÇø engineering undergraduates the opportunity to serve as program mentors tasked with assisting middleÌýschool students (mentees) who are at risk for low achievement, but may benefit from high expectations, life skills, and STEM learning.
